You won't need to turn up to our office with a guitar, but you will be expected to inspire others with your quest for excellence, care deeply about your customer's and LL's success, accomplish amazing amounts of important work and demonstrate consistently strong performance, so your clients and colleagues can rely upon you.

We have an informal holiday policy, which means there will not be a limit on how much time off you can take. We will give you the responsibility to self-manage your time and your time-off.
