Celebrating A Milestone Year of Giving

In the past year, Location Location has collected the equivalent of 2,716 meals for Hackney Foodbank.

We’ve donated thousands of pounds to William Patten, Grazebrook and Millfields schools by sponsoring their fetes and have sponsored 10 children through the 'Literacy Pirates' reading scheme.

Our annual Winter Toy Appeal, in partnership with the Local Buyers Club, was a huge success allowing us to collect toys for over 4,500 children living in poverty across North and East London. Garnering attention from the local and national press (including the BBC!!)

Location Location has just been crowned the UK’s best estate agency by the Property Academy as well as Best Single Office UK at the Negotiator Awards.

Vicky Bibiris, a Partner at Location Location, said: “2019 has been a ground-breaking year of giving for us. In partnership with the Local Buyers Club, we became a permanent donation point for Hackney Foodbank – the local need has rocketed since the rollout of Universal Credit. We’ve been blown away by the kindness of this community – hundreds gave food through the Trick or Eat Halloween campaign and whenever we’ve appealed for donations, the public has stepped up to help."

“Ever since we first started selling and letting homes in the area, we’ve been determined to make a positive mark on community life. So many families in Hackney are finding things hard and we think having a presence on Church Street offers a real opportunity to help.”

In 2019 Location Location supported more than 30 charitable causes and, through our magazine Word on the Street, we’ve given valuable exposure to dozens of local businesses and organisations.

Vicky added: “Every year our resolution is to do more to help local people who are experiencing hardship and we’ll be hitting the ground running in 2020 – just as soon as we’ve recovered from the craziness of the Winter Toy Appeal!”
