The West Suffolk town of Bury St Edmunds is a bustling community originally centered around the Abbey Gardens and the monastic ruins.

The linear streets of the Medieval Grid and adjacent Georgian squares, both property hotspots, also play host to over 200 stores – many of which champion the artisan independent retailers, for which Bury St Edmunds has become synonymous.

Home of the famous Greene King brewery and Angel Hotel where Charles Dickens notably stayed on several occasions, today the town is popular for its twice weekly market and ‘café culture’, making it an incredibly popular tourist destination too.
