VETTING TENANTS
All prospective tenants are checked using an independent referencing agency. These checks are to ensure that tenants can afford the property and are of reliable character. We also offer rental and legal protection insurance to protect you in the eventuality of the tenant becoming unable to meet their rent payments.
Once a tenant has been signed, we can also manage many items to do with the tenancy. This includes rent collection rent, compellation of inventory lists and full management of the property.
MEETING SAFETY OBLIGATIONS
Your property will be advertised using our have high profile LCD display-screens at our offices.
PROPERTY BOARDS
We will help you understand compliance with fire and furnishings regulations and also arrange safety checks on your property for gas and electrical appliances.
